Staff was amazing. The room was clean but old. The bed, although I paid for a queen or king ended up being two separate beds put together, and both of them had huge divots in them from where people have been sleeping. So I do believe that they need to be replaced. Location was great as it was walking distance to downtown. The food in the restaurant was not the best. And all I could hear while I was eating was a whole bunch of kids screaming in the pool. Apparently the restaurant and the pool are just separated by glass. The rest of the time I ate out at other locations. But once again, the staff was amazing. The hotel just needs to be updated a bit. I would give it a five or six out of 10.

The accessible room/shower room was excellent with all the necessary facilities to be able to help an elderly relative with mobility challenges in confidence. Nice large bedroom. Comfortable bed. Staff very helpful.

Very welcoming staff, a lovely pool, nice buffet breakfast. We had a spacious quiet room, perfect for a comfortable and relaxing stay. It was an easy walk to the town centre and to the Ness island. We really enjoyed our stay, thank you!

We went for the pool. The pool was not available. They only told us when too late to rebook. Not even a free breakfast to compensate.
