I specifically reserved a room with a fireplace, and the booking platform even showed photos of a room with one, but the room we were given did not have a fireplace. That was very disappointing and felt misleading from the start. We stayed for two nights; although the towels were changed, the bed was never made, which reflects poor housekeeping standards. On top of that, there was constant loud water noise in the room, which made it difficult to relax and negatively affected our stay. Overall, it’s an average hotel at best, but based on this experience, I would not choose to stay here again.
