I came back here because how good the breakfast was and how friendly the staff was... not the same turn out this time ... no breakfast which i paid for and main reason i stayed here again .. now i gotta go spend another 50 $ on breakfast ... no ac working in the room 241 .. so back to the office to get keys for 142 a d the ac is crap in here as well .. i deserve a refund

POSITIVES: Outstanding breakfast, very nice room, hot tub. NEGATIVES: Road to hotel and parking lot were both in a terrible state of disrepair, uninterested desk attendant, having to "sign in" to use the pool.

The room was newly renovated, the towels were brand new! It was off-season, so very quite. The staff was very friendly and answered a lot of our questions about how the resort will operate in the winter.

Breakfast was really good! Our room was nice & clean. The front desk staff was very friendly and we enjoyed our stay. We stayed in one of the buildings off of the main building. One thing to note, the stairway is narrow to the top floor and there’s not an elevator.

Excellent - will be back!

We were here off season bringing our son to school at Michigan Tech. Very friendly staff, big clean two bedroom (I snore!). We received arm bands allowing us to take a ride on the ski lift in August which was very fun. $40 vale for that ride. The breakfast was not continental - it was a special menu that was cooked to serve out of the kitchen. Probably a $60 vale given the price of most hotels. The rooms had AC even though the listing said they didn’t. Great value and we will be back.

The facility is dated, but a great deal for the season and area. Food was good at the restaurant with attentive staff. Beds comfortable. Hot shower with great water pressure. Breakfast was included, with good options. Just missed the free rides on the ski lift.
