We had a reservation for a room with ocean view when we got there the building had no hot water. They moved us to another room without ocean view with 2 double beds. Was horrible and very unpleasant. Manager wasn’t at the location the help to resolve this issue they had front desk girl calling the manager to get us another room. We had to wait for him to answer back so we could check in. Very disappointed and very inconvenient.

When we arrived, there was a hidden fee of over $60. If that is going to be assessed, it needs to be clearly expressed when it is ordered on Expedia when we got into the room there was an odd smell that never went away the whole time. The couch was totally uncomfortable, and so you were pretty much confined to the bed or the balcony.

This is a great property in Islamorada. The grounds were very clean and the staff were very friendly. They had paddle boards and kayaks to use. My daughter loved playing ping pong every night. It was very quiet as well, a very laid back Keys kind of vibe. We had an oceanfront suite which we loved!! The views were absolutely stunning. We would definitely come back and I would recommend the Fisher Inn for your stay in Islamorada.

Great hotel for a great price.

Older hotel but very clean and the staff was friendly. It's in a great location with great parking. Bonus they let me check in early. I will be back.

To make a long story short the sofa was stained and too low I killed a roach and found a roach egg in the room. We slept with the lights on. I told the front desk and was given a discount. The good was the oceanfront view and the front desk was wonderful especially a young man named Paul.

The property was updated and remodeled. Loved the location, the suite, the view. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Didn’t like we needed to go to the front desk for everything including toilet paper and coffee, that no one replenished this in our room during our stay.

Horrible experience. Overbooked, but they "recovered" by giving us an upgrade. Toilet ran constantly, bed and fan creaked non stop. Dirty room. Had to clean bathroom floor before using.
