The amenities were nice and the room was clean. The location was ideal for walking around downtown especially with snowfall.

No parking, room was very run down and small. Everything looked worn out or dirty. I understand that room price is based on demand but to pay that much for a night in that room should be embarassing for Quality Inn. Riped stained carpet, walls with chunks of drywall missing. Our room was handicap accessible in name only.

Staff was lovely, the pool was very nice, and breakfast was decent. That said, most rooms face out into a hallway and there is no way to get daylight. You open your curtains to a hallway that has dark windows on the other side. Room was tiny and overstuffed with large furniture. No place to hang coats. The hallways were a rabbit warren of odd ramps, staircases, and weird passages. Parking is horrendous and the lots are not cleared of snow. We will never stay there again.

Very nice location walkable to downtown area. Room was okay. Toilet kept running had to try and fix multiple times. Room was right by building entrance heard everything in middle of night. Tried to go in hot tub but there was so much chemical it made your eyes burn.

It was tired, outdoors unkept, garbage overflowing all around, layout, parking situation, check in process, and room location to the parking lot were not accommodating to guests. Had we had more luggage than just one nights worth, I would have asked to change rooms. The pool was closed unknowing to us which really disappointed my kiddo and there was no empathy from the staff or offer to reduce the already outrageous rate, or do something to make up for the lack of pool. For what they were charging for this very tired location I would have expected some sort of positive, but we did not. Neighbors were loud due to thin walls. Could not open the windows to get fresh air and the a/c unit was not efficient. It was 85 degrees. There was 1 old coke machine that wasn’t even full. We will not be back.
