Hot water took a long time to come and then the hot & cold randomly switched around during shower. The thermostat in the room wasn’t working. The first room we were given had water on the floor when checking the ceiling for its source, the AC cover fell and hit my boyfriend in the face.

It’s important that my vehicle is safe at any hotel I stay at. This hotel has the lighting of 1000 suns in their parking lot at night so I feel that my vehicle is safe.

Power went out on three separate occasions for about 30 mins each time. Was apparently only my room and yet they wouldn't move me to a different room. After the last outage I ended up leaving and staying somewhere else. So was a complete waste of money.

Housekeeping was just about non existing. Never did Housekeeping come around like some of the other properties. Unfortunately I stayed for more than a week. They preferred that you just use the towels that were in the room upon check-in and not ask for clean ones when needed. Air vent in room was filthy and sometimes the smell of toilet waste from other rooms would come into the room. You can not believe the pictures of this motel that they use. They are misleading. Laundy room was unbelievably filthy.
