I arrived at 2:55. The facility had been fully booked for the weekend. There were no rooms available for me for my 3 o’clock check-in. The front desk staff was not supportive of my need to get into my room. I was very disappointed. When I pushed to have a room available there was one ready in about 15 minutes.

Best gotel stay ever

As alwsys my stay was so great i dodnt wantvto leave ..i feel ay gome jts so confy n clean amd i cabtvsay wnough avout the staff. From the front desk, every shift, to housekepeing. Maintenence , the breakgast barvstaff, etc , are incredibke , the property is amaxxing views that make u feel u travelled to an island , its quiet i often forget anybody else os there , the beds atw confy , i gruly woukd never stay anywhere where else., everytime i leave i cabt waot to gwt back , ty again to all of ghe BPH Staff

Another Great Stay , Only Issue Is My Deposit

My stay was absolutely amaxxing as always form frint desk to housekeeping and maintence ..the staff is above n beyond , hotel is claen comfortable and quiet and breakdast is perfecf....Only Issue I Have Id With My Last Deposit After Extending my stay the 2nd Time ..i have Not Got My Deposit Back amd was trying to find a way to contact somebody about it but couldnt ...i paid 3 deposits during this stay after extending 2 times so i defiantly would like it back , if somebody could get back to me thatd be great

Short story: the front desk went to extraordinary efforts to check me on when I reserved the wrong day in Expedia and could not change it in the app. Long story:I booked the wrong day in Expedia and could not change it in the application. The front desk could not change it because it came from Expedia. As I was trying to contact a real person at Expedia, the lady at the front desk reached out to their internal IT to get it manually changed. The process took a long time and many steps, while my attempt to call Expedia failed, she succeeded. I'm very thankful for what she did

Catfished

Pictures were deceiving. Check in desk area was updated but rest of the place is outdated. Got into the room and the air condition was rattling, the floors were terribly stained and you could see obvious watermarks on the wall under the window from leaking. The bathroom & linens were clean. I did not find the bed or pillows comfortable, but that’s up to individual preference. There is not a marina any longer. The docks have all been removed. Definitely will not be staying again.
