My only complaint is that there is no towel rack close to the shower. Other than that, it was a nice place to stay with friendly staff (especially at check-in) with interesting naval related decor.

Everything about this property is great, except for the deposit issue, which was not stated when I booked the property, otherwise I wouldn't have booked it, because I see no point in a hotel holding $75 of my money for a week or more when I'm staying one night and do not intend to purchase anything nor leave my room in any condition other than the way I found it, save some dirty linens. I was also rather annoyed that they would not take the deposit in cash so that I could receive my money back at check-out. Overall, the property is clean, well maintained, and seems to be in an area that is rather safe. It's also very close to a variety of shopping and dining options. I probably wouldn't stay again due to the deposit issue, but if that doesn't bother you, then I'd highly recommend this property.

Everything at this hotel was absolutely perfect. From the decor to cleanliness to comfort. Super clean and everything in the room was perfect. The breakfast options were great. All staff was super nice and attentive to all our needs. Will definitely stay here again.

The room was very clean and spacious. Bathroom was clean. Tv had lots of good channels. Front staff was super friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was yummy. I would stay again. Good price as well

I had a long drive to the area and attended a conference in the morning before going to check in at the hotel in the mid-afternoon for a 2-night stay. I attempted to check in at 13:45hrs and was informed that I would have to pay a $40 fee to get in a room early. I was already paying over $320 for 2 days booked. Normally, check-in time at hotels is 3 pm, and to be refused and informed that I would have to pay extra was not what I expected and not a good customer service practice. I would have understood if I had attempted to check in at 11 AM, but 1 hour before?

So there was construction going on in the room right next door to us. It was difficult to sleep or take a nap. I was very dissatisfied and disappointed. The noise was so loud even on a Sunday. Not happy at all.
