The facility advertises happy hour w/ appetizers and there was none. The room air conditioner did not work correctly and leaked all over the carpeting. There was mold in the base of the shower around perimeter and on the ceiling. Management was made aware of the issues.

Property/building shows obvious age. Tears in carpet. Carpet coming loose from stair risers. Rust, wear and tear noticeable throughout lobby, and public areas. Checked into my room, 203, body soap container laying on shower floor having come off wall. Handle in shower fell off if not turned just right. Rust, mold wear and tear through bath and room. Mattress has been well used. Not a bad property, just not very well maintained.

Second time staying here in 3 months. This time the hotel was very clean and quiet like last time. My only complaints are the tv is hard to see at an angle from the bed, and no kind of continental breakfast without pay. Some cookies or fresh fruit would be nice.

Good location right off of I-95. Hotel is clean, modern, and the staff was very friendly. Breakfast is not included but there is a bistro in the lobby which also has a bar that is open till 10pm. It was nice to come in from dinner, get a drink, and take it up to the room. One thing i didn't realize when I booked this room - the hotel is right next door to a hospital and the view from my room was the ER entrance. I was worried that I would hear sirens all night but I didn't hear a thing. It was a great stay overall and I would stay here again.

No complimentary coffee! We paid $5 for the breakfast online with Expedia, but coffee wasn’t available til after 7. Many guests came down looking for coffee, and either had to pay or were told the comp coffee was in their rooms. Our room only had decaf, no cream, dirty machine.
