I checked in for two nights and left to go shopping. Came back later and as I sat down on the bed, I saw a bug. I googled it, and it showed to be a bed bug. I took the bug to office and showed the man, he acknowledged it was bed bug. Wanted to move me to another room. I refused and asked for full refund. He would only refund one night as I had been checked in for three hours, even though room was not used in any way. Terrible customer service and disgusting room. I looked in cracks around mattress and there were more bugs. Room 123 in Palestine, TX. I shall contact Wyndham and Expedia also, and will also be in contact with Health Department of Palestine.
