Expedia should have told us the renovation project was under way…we would NOT have booked this reservation! The only working elevator was being used by construction and the second elevator was broken. We had to wait 15 minutes to get to our room. The lavatory sink was clogged and would not drain and was leaking onto the floor. The AC unit cycled very loudly every 20 minutes all night long preventing us from getting any sleep! The unit only bright spot was the nice, courteous sympathetic staff.

We arrived on the day of check in and were promptly greeted by a friendly teammate. Check in was fast and efficient. We arrived on our floor to renovations. No problem. Our room was great. We just had a lot of traffic on our floor from all the workers. Also, one elevator was not working so that slowed things down. Then, when we were leaving the hotel at 5:25 for a 6 pm dinner reservation, we were told they needed us to leave and go to another hotel. We managed to make our dinner reservation but didn't get checked into the new hotel until after 8 pm. After a full day of travel, that was quite inconvenient. I would check this summer to be sure the renovations are completely done before attempting to stay.

The building is undergoing renovation, but its the Hampton Staff that makes it very easy to overlook. Our primary dealings were with Tracy, and Kimmie.

This was the most uncomfortable stay I've ever experienced! Where do I begin? There was construction happening at the hotel that I wasn't informed about. The beds felt like sleeping on box springs, and I could hear hammering as early as 5 a.m. Additionally, there were loose wires in our room. Nevertheless, Tracy, the front lady, was amazing!!

Staff was very helpful (even though the first two rooms assigned had no hot water). Checkin was easy. Beds were not very comfortable. Juice dispenser was inoperative in breakfast area. Staff member told us that the hotel was about to undergo a total renovation. It is badly needed!

We took our pet and accommodations were very good. Room on 1st floor which made our stay so much easier with our pet. They gave us treats for our pet. Will stay again.
