The front desk team was outstanding. You can tell the Manager at the hotel picks great people and trains them accordingly. The hotel is a bit dated but it’s more so just the yellow look I think. Was super cleaned, the breakfast was great. All and all a fantastic experience and I stay in a ton of hotels.

I always stay at Hampton Inn when I'm in Jacksonville, and I am never disappointed. A comfortable room, an easy to work thermostat (an underrated benefit!) and a really convenient breakfast setup. They are always wonderful to my dog Gruff, too!

This hotel is lovely, but the beds, furniture and furnishings are worn. It's due for a major renovation to update. The beds are worn and broken down. It is very clean and conveniently located to food and shopping.

Nice, clean and comfortable hotel. Pool was closed due to Maintence. Gym is good enough. Breakfast closes at 10 am sharp. If you don’t have a car, there is nothing to do except for movie theater, restaurants and bars next to the property.

The parking was great. The stay was great. The locations was excellent due to being right down the street from my daughter whom we were visiting. But Elizabeth was the absolute greatest in the morning when dining for breakfast. She worked hard and always had a smile on and made sure everything was taken care of as if she was cooking breakfasts for her own guests in her own house. She sweetest woman on those premises.
