The lady that handles that breakfast is so dang sweet and helpful. If you need something and they run out she always gets it for you. Your always greeted politely. Just great staff all around

Tried using Hilton Honors to check in. Let me check in at 3pm but would not give me the room key on the app. Their selling point is you can skip the front desk. No you can't. You have to show id at the front desk to validate the key. Then they give you physical keys in order to get the app key. App is supposed to control the lights, tv, a/c, and unlock the door. All it would do is unlock the door. When I mentiined some of these things to the front desk clerk, response was "it's not our app". Again the bed was like a concrete slab, but this time I got the added bonus of feeling like the old pullout couches with the bar jammed into my back. Shower water pressure still sucks. Breakfast was very limited for a "buffet". Who has eggs but no bacon? Will not be returning to this location.

Breakfast was good. Bed was like a rock. Pillows were flat. Shower water pressure was almost nonexistent. Front desk and kitchen staff started blasting music from their phone while we were trying to have a nice, quiet breakfast after barely getting any sleep thanks to the concrete slab I was sleeping on. Worst Hampton Inn I have ever stayed in. Could have gotten all of this for half the price at either Travel Lodge or Red Roof Inn just down the street.
