Note: I didn't really pay attention to the eco-friendlness of the place, so I did not evaluate it. This was a very nice hotel. The room was exceptional and clean. The staff was very friendly and supportive. The breakfast was excellent. Check-in and out were both quick and easy. If we come through this area again, we will look at staying here.

We stayed 4 days and our room was supposed to be cleaned every other day and they did not do that at all the whole time we stayed . I'm pretty disappointed because we have always been very well taken care of when we stay there

This hotel is amazing however when i got there they said that i was cancelled due to not having my area code. I booked through expedia. I have booked through expedia forever and no problems- the front desk lady finally found me a room b/c they were booked but that was very scary late at night when i had booked this months ago!

The floors wasn’t vacuum properly in my room seen human hair on bottom of bed sheets and dog hair on floor and leftover food in the refrigerator from the last guest so I didn’t have access to refrigerator and the told me cleaning services was not on duty at the time
