This is the hotel that Hilton forgot. The rooms are dated. Breakfast was missing several items - guests were simply told, "We don't have any more of that". I messaged the front desk in the app and when they didn't respond for 2 hours, I called several times and got no response. 4 hours later, they tell me, "I just saw this." With no apology. When I let them know I hard tried to call because they didn't respond to the text, their only reply was, "The phones were down all day?" "If phones are down, shouldn't you be checking messages?" Still no response over a week later.
