Room was very nice, comfortable. Vending snax were very expensive ($4 for a candy bar). Free breakfast was a little disappointing (scrambled eggs were hard/lukewarm and folded over with cheese inside), bagels and english muffins hard and NO knives anywhere in sight.

We have asked for a refund. We only stayed one night. No hot water. Tub didn’t drain. Bathroom faucet was difficult to work. No blew dryer in room. Room was not clean. Bathroom floor was dirty. We were so unhappy that we checked out and moved to another hotel

As soon as I got in room, there was a roach on the wall. I told front desk, and they said they could give me another room. I said roaches would be allover so that wont work. Anyway I stayed in the room, and killed the roach with a hand towel. Zipped up my luggage so bugs dont get in. I think it was one of the worst roaches, German roach. The hotel did not refund me or give me some kind of discount. I always trusted Holiday Inn, but now after this, I feel different. They should have atleast gave my money back.
