Oceanfront Condo recently renovated with 2 KING Beds, Pool & Wifi

Relax and enjoy your time on Amelia Island when you book our recently remodeled 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Condo on the 2nd floor of this lovely Oceanfront Complex. You can see the beach from the kitchen, the living room, the master bedroom and of course the balcony. There is a KING sized bed in each bedroom so it is perfect for 2 couples traveling together. The kitchen has been updated with stainless steel appliances, quartz counter tops and a large stainless steel farmhouse sink. You will also have a Keurig and a regular coffee maker. The bathrooms have been updated as well and the master bath has a walk in shower with a bench and a niche. Aren't you tired of spending your vacation at rundown and dated condos? You deserve to enjoy your Amelia Island getaway in an updated cozy condo.

You have access to a pool onsite. Fernandina Beach is beautiful and charming. There is no public driving on this section of the beach so it is perfect for families and those looking for some peace and quiet.

The master bedroom has a king bed, flat screen Smart TV, a fan, an ocean view and room darkening curtains. Don't underestimate the benefit of these curtains if you like to sleep in on vacation. A sliding glass door opens onto the balcony.

The second bedroom has a king bed, a Smart TV, a ceiling fan and room darkening curtains. The LG front loading washer and dryer are in one of the closets in this room. We keep beach chairs in the other closet for your use.

The living room has a 49" Ultra 4K smart TV and a Blue Ray DVD player. We have Free Wifi and all 3 TVs are smart TVs. We have an antenna for local channels and Sling TV on the Living Room TV. You will need your own accounts/passwords for the other apps. It is perfect for relaxing after a fun day in the sun.

Our favorite spot is the patio....high seating gives you a beautiful view of the ocean. Try to make it up at least one morning to watch the sunrise and look for dolphins.

The SURF restaurant is less than a block away...walk to dinner and back. We love to enjoy the music and casual atmosphere.

WIFI is included. We have 2 charging stations in each bedroom.

NO animals are allowed at this condo this is a NON smoking unit and complex. Smoking is not allowed on the beach or public parks. Parking is limited to two vehicles per condo.

Charming, historical downtown Fernandina Beach is just 5 miles away. Enjoy visiting the unique shops, fine & casual dining and nightlife.

Nearby activities include golfing, horseback riding, Fort Clinch, kayaking, surfing,, fishing, shelling, hunting for sharks teeth and visiting Jacksonville (35 miles South). There is so much to do!

Great Location on the Beach

Stayed at the condo over the July 4th week. The property manager's communication was fantastic. She replied to any questions usually in less than an hour. The location is great with easy access to all areas of the island. The condo is right on the beach with a nice boardwalk across the dunes. There is ample parking and the condo is well maintained. It was also great that the condo was stocked with all the necessary items like dish soap and laundry detergent. We usually have to hit the grocery store the first night to get supplies, not this time. The bedrooms are a great size. The kitchen is a little small for prepping large meals, but worked great for cooking breakfast. We would stay here again.

Perfectly appointed

This property was very clean and comfortable. Nice view of the beach from the lanai. We had everything we needed. We were steps from the beach and a very short ride into the center of town, grocery stores, and many restaurants. I highly recommend this condo. The owner was very helpful and accessible and questions were answered within minutes. Plenty of room for 4 adults. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

The property was well-maintained and comfortable, with great views of the ocean from a quiet balcony. The decor reminded you that you were at the shore enjoying time away. A week in our favorite north Florida destination

Property clean, well stocked, accurately described, great location for walking beach. Pool was a little chilly for me but others enjoyed it. 5 min drive to downtown historic district for dining, shopping and boating activities. Host very responsive. Vacay with visit from Helene

We enjoyed our stay and contact with Norah was great! We had one night and morning without power due to Hurricane Helene’s visit, but the rest of the stay was great and weather was beautiful. Norah stayed in touch during the hurricane and power was restored the next day. Thanks for the great condo!

Very Nice Stay

This was an older condo that has been renovated. One of the cleanest condos or rooms I have ever stayed in and we have traveled a lot. The property owner/ manager was an absolute blessing to deal with. Informative, caring, and just a genuinely nice person. I would and will stay at this condo again, Lord willing! Super nice!!!

Perfect Vacation Location!!

We had the most amazing vacation on Amelia Island! Norah’s property was ideal for us. The location could not have been better! We loved being able to walk right out to the beach. The pool was wonderful too! The condo had everything that we needed and more. It was the perfect size for our family of four. It was very clean and comfortable. The view from the balcony was stunning. Norah was awesome right from the start and we definitely plan to try to rent from her as soon as we can get back to Amelia Island!
