Desk staff and management Lulu are rude! Swtiched me twice because of bugs and they acted like I was lying even when I had a picture! I was then moved to a room they knew had bugs then proceeded to act surprised when I needed to move again! Everytime you approach the front desk they act annoyed that they have to get off of their phones and assist! When I attempted to walk my dog there were piles of poop everywhere! Stay some where else because this place is disgusting!

I would definitely stay at the Red Roof and suites again, next time we visit our Grandson at Camp Leguen. The people behind the desk were very friendly and helpful especially when we wanted to add on an extra night stay. We did not have to switch rooms. Thanks again Lulu for all your help!!

The room was clean, and most of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Only complaint is that our room was next to the stairs, so it constantly sounded like people were clamoring up the stairs at night (LOL). But, we had an easy fix and turned on some white noise. Good value for the price.
