We really enjoyed our stay! The suite was beautiful, spacious, and it seemed like all the rooms had at least a partial ocean view. Breakfast was included, and they even offered cookies at check-in, which was a nice touch. It's just a short walk to the beach—exactly why we chose this place. I also liked that the Sandbar is nearby, but unfortunately, the smell of fried food was noticeable around the hotel. The pool is pretty small.

Great location and proximity to beach.

After checking in, I found that Our shower was not cleaned properly, although the entire floor had a strong disinfectant type odor which took some getting used to. After mentioning the mildew at the front desk, it was immediately taken care of by maintenance. The couch looked like it could use a good cleaning because it had a stain on it which I guess may be permanent. And the door handle to the balcony was a little loose. All staff were always very pleasant and helpful, but the hotel could definitely use more attention to detail since it is an older building. The location was excellent and breakfast was decent. Underground parking is tight for a large pickup.

This place was really nice and the included breakfast was really good prepared by a wonderful sweet lady whom made myself and family very comfortable, We definitely will be back for more days oh and the FREE parking is a huge plus

Beachside done right!

Great location, nice, clean, breakfast area. Food was goid, multiple options & varied the menu daily. Love the shell rinsing station! Only suggestion is a full length mirror in the room please. Will definitely recommend & hope to return!

Seaside Amelia Inn is a hit in Amelia Island!

I enjoyed my time at the Seaside Amelia Inn! The location was perfect-right on the beach and super easy to get to downtown. All of the staff I encountered were super friendly and answered all questions/concerns. The breakfast was perfect! Lots of options and a great add (one less thing I didn't have to think about). Parking was never an issue and was so nice that it was free. My room was just fine. Nice cold AC (a must in July in Florida), nice sized mini-fridge, Keurig and microwave were all a nice add to the room. The sofa had seen better days and the carpeting needed a good shampoo (just old, not necessarily dirty). Towels and bedding were clean and adequately stocked. I did use the "door hanger" to request additional towels and coffee and this was a great no contact process. Overall, I would recommend staying at Seaside Amelia Inn. It was a no frillls situation but worked perfectly for what I was doing.

Absolutely loved this hotel. We had the best time and I can’t wait to come back. I gave four stars for cleanliness due to a couple dirty towels upon arrive. Everything else was clean so it seemed to be an oversight.

We really liked staying at Seaside Amelia Inn. The room was what we needed. It was in a great location near downtown and near Fort Clinch. Access to the beach was super easy. The room was clean, and staff was super friendly and helpful. We had everything we needed. The only reason we took a star was because the room was very humid. We had gotten wet from the rain, and hung our clothes up in an open area to dry; it took two and a half days for stuff to dry. Our towels stayed humid and even items made of paper felt humid to the touch. I did report it and they said they would look into it. Other than that, it's a great place to stay.
