The room was not clean, there were toenail clippings on the bathroom floor. The front desk didn’t answer the phone due to a power outage. Breakfast was great and staff were friendly. There was a homeless guy hanging out by the cars at 3am. Cops took care of him while on routine patrol. Phones didn’t work.

Great beach hotel

Great location, right off the beach. Clean rooms, ample breakfast and plenty of parking. What made the trip really special was the staff -- from the front desk staff at check-in, to the wonderful breakfast manager, they were friendly and effective.

The Right Location on the Beach.

Great location, but dont let them put you in cell block #206, the window DOES NOT OPEN and this was not disclosed on site. The AC blows right on your head and orginally they would not move us. A kind desk clerk moved us. Bring your own pillows because their pillows are rock hard and sorely need replacement. We stayed in 2021 for the location.

We got a room with an ocean view, and I loved waking up and seeing the ocean, and stepping out the door to do a beach walk. The bed was very comfortable and the staff friendly & helpful. Parking was convenient. This is an older building, so you can expect the rooms to be different than slick modern hotels. But I loved the lobby and the charm of it all. Breakfast was good but not great.

Sunrise priceless

Breakfast was poor. Bed uncomfortable, sofa mattress was in bad condition, first night have to set mattress and cushions on the floor. The only way to communicate w/ front desk is going down to. Housekeeping was helpful (3/1-2025) Great location for the best sunrise.

The room had a wonderful view of the ocean, and there was a roof deck. The room was nice, though the bed was a bit uncomfortable. Breakfast was a bit of a let down.
