Good night rest!

The hotel was very good overall. Check in was seamless, and the staff was very nice and professional. Our room was very clean, and stocked with towels and bathroom necessities. The only complaint was about the design of the bathroom. The door opened up inward, and was very close to the toilet. And, the breakfast was ok. The only complaint with that was lack of dietary restricted choices. No milk subs, and no meat! The bed was comfortable, tho!

The place was what was expected for a lower cost hotel room. I was satisfied with overall experience but the vending machine was frustrating. You must download the app to use and must prepay the app to purchase. Minimum I was able to prepay was $25 (and I only wanted one bag of sweets for $3.50) Otherwise there was a good experiance

The staff here were so kind. Even with the couple of things I asked for, they just made sure it got done without attitude or anger. Thank you for a wonderful weekend visiting my son who is stationed at camp lejeune.

Kids running the halls all hours of the night.

When we first checked in we were given a room on the ground floor on the back side of the building. We noticed the window would not lock and anyone could come through it at night while we were sleeping so we asked for another room. 2nd time we were given a room on the 2nd floor and again we got a room that had a window that wouldn’t lock but we were on the 2nd floor on the front side of the building this time so it was fine. We checked in around 9pm because weather delayed our travel some. We didn’t get much sleep that night because the floor above us sounded like there were children running up and down the halls all throughout the night. When I got up at 7 the next morning, I could still hear running up and down the halls continuously until the time we left around 9am. It’s crazy that someone would just let their children run the halls as dangerous as this world is today. Other than that, our stay was ok.

I was very impressed with the facility as we have always stayed at Marriotts and this felt so cozy. Breakfast was cold so I would suggest leaving warmers on but otherwise great choices. Room was very clean and staff friendly.
