The property was fine our particular room had a moldy smell, unfortunately they were booked up and we couldn't change. The "attached" restaurant was a disaster. They only accepted online orders and the website was broken and the staff was completely unable and unwilling to try to find a solution.

Great Anime Convention Weekend Getaway

My best friends and I come to Jacksonville for conventions at least once or twice a year. Tabitha and Jenn at the front desk when we arrived on Friday evening were personable, friendly, and made us feel welcomed. They told us to call ahead in advance next time we visit to make sure our rooms are adjoining or close to each other the next time. Overall they were excellent representatives of this hotel and made our stay that much better. The rooms were nice, and clean. Beds were firm and supportive, we enjoyed our anime vibes the whole time we were together both at the hotel and at the convention center. I can’t recommend Tabitha and Jenn enough for promotions, raises or bonuses, they were amazing!
