AC was not working. We were sweaty the whole night. The floors were sticky like they haven’t been cleaned. Would not recommend anyone to this hotel. Ever.

Front desk lady had an awful body odor and wouldn’t leaned down the entire time while checking us in. People in the room next to us were super nosy. The rooms weren’t clean. Bedding was not clean, the bathroom was super small and the shower had pubic hair on the wall. The pool was basically the only clean part about the entire hotel. However, there was multiple people smoking pot in front of kids swimming in the pool. The parking lot was full of people just sitting in their cars which looked to be doing drug deals. I felt super unsafe the entire time.

I lived in Jacksonville for 21/2 years so I stayed around that area. The hotel was nice and it slept comfortably. I would definitely go back and stay again.

The room had bugs and the pool didn’t work. The lady offered another room but that room was not poolside and the view was not pleasant at all. We stayed in the room we had by the pool which we never got to use after being told the pool was going to be fixed after we leave kinda felt cheated
