Our room had a dirty toothbrush left in it from prior guests and the refrigerator was broken the pool area was freezing and the pool was not heated but our breakfast was amazing and the holiday decor was beautiful and our beds were very comfortable

The room definitely needs an upgrade! The filters screw from the ceiling was hanging. The toilet flushed but, needed 2 flushes and it was extremely loud. The carpet on the balcony needs to change. Fridge wasn’t as cold however, The room was clean, the tv was large and the beds was amazing sooo comfortable. The restaurant onsite was a bonus as the burgers was delicious, the drinks were phenomenal and the waffles for breakfast were my favorite. Location was also great and I felt safe. I checked the pool area which looked nice but, given it was soo close to the door in the winter I chose not to risk getting sick.

The room was gross. The furniture was old and stained and there was a blood stain on the mattress of the pullout couch. The carpet was grimy and old. A mediocre coffee from the shop in the lobby was $7.00. The room was conspicuously overpriced.
