It is fine for an affordable stay. When doing the pre authorization we were billed over $500 more after paying over $600 for the room for a full week. Then had to wait the 3-5 business days for a refund. Silly when it didn’t take 3-5 days for them to take my money. The room was fine. You can tell that any repairs are a cheap fix.

People are nice . But the room was dirty Husband went and told the front desk. She came to reclean it But it wasn't all the way cleaned. Still lots of dead bugs at the head of the bed . Walls was dirty. We got 2 rooms and one bathroom was still dirty in the tub. We always stay here when we come through once a year . But this time it was just not the best . Breakfast was ok. It was quiet and it didn't smell bad.

The drive way into parking and front of building had gravel. Driveway into complex looked not completed. Floors in bathroom and bedroom not well vacuumed. Staff very nice.

Older hotel, but comfortable

Pre check in went smooth, lady at the desk was polite and friendly. Room had a musty oder and tile in shower was out of ceiling. Beds were worn but comfortable. Older hotel.

Don't let the photos fool you!

This place was awful! It was obvious, from the smell, that someone had smoked in the room more than once. I woke up feeling like I had slept in a bar all night. We couldn't open our first floor window because it was torn. I definitely wasn't going to sit in the suede recliner chair. I will say that Sierra at the front desk was very nice. She showed me another room, but it wasn't much better.

My room was missing soap, water cups, coffee cups and the bathtub faucet was dripping. One of the beds was very squeaky but I slept in the other one and it was very comfortable. The hotel was in okay condition, I just think housekeeping was lax in making the room ready for guests.

I have booked this hotel a few times, for the price point it was decent. Housekeeping needs to be a little more detailed, desk staff was friendly. I would stay here again if I was in town again

BEDBUGS!

The worst motel experience in my life. Everything was gross. The beds squeaked terribly. Passed on a poor breakfast. Service very unfriendly. All doors would not lock. Our room was unlocked while we were away. And the outside doors always unlocked. And finally BEDBUGS! We packed up and left the room quickly and asked for a refund and to cancel the two remaining nights. They refused, no apologies and even went ahead and charged us the two nights we didn't stay there. It should be SHUT DOWN!

Was a pretty good stay, only a few issues. One was bed was a little hard & our door wouldn’t lock from outside. I did notify a employee & she said she would let her boss know. Other than that, was pretty good for the price point was only for a work trip not for a vacation.

Comfortable and Clean

Very clean room. Felt comfortable and safe. Staff was very friendly, courteous, polite, helpful, and kind. Basic amenities to meet all our needs. Would definitely stay again!
