My two cents The bluish ceiling lights gave the room a cheap, don’t care what it looks like but they are energy efficient bulbs, look. It gave the room a cheap, stark, hospital appearance. An equally energy efficient soft white bulb would give the room a much more subdued and pleasant feel.
