The staff was friendly and very helpful..the room was very clean and comfortable..I had a procedure done that day in Morgantown..could not drive for 24 hours and didn’t want to drive on home to just turn around and return later that evening for the Jr Royalty Parade so instead I made reservations to stay there so that we could attend the Strawberry Festival that weekend. It was well worth the stay. Thank you Sure Stay for a well rested visit to your facility and to Buckhannon WV

Brand New Hotel, amenities are nice, beds comfortable, modern showers & TVs. Super friendly staff. BAD internet connection. I couldn't only call or text on my phone and could not stream anything on laptop. But given location deep in WV mountains seems understandable.

I wasn’t happy with our room location, first floor right near the breakfast area was kind of loud at night because of a college team staying there. I wish they would’ve put us somewhere else. I will say the staff there was awesome and friendly, and the facility was clean and convenient. Also, for this early riser having coffee available in the lobby at 5:30 AM was great. I also want to note that during our stay, the area received 8 inches of snow, and the snow removal on the sidewalks and parking lot was prompt and thorough. I visit family in the area and will stay here again.
