Stayed two nights. First morning ran out of food at 845 am and staff wouldn’t refill. Waffle maker had some but wouldn’t work. Smell in lobby and halls Stains on sheet and blankets Pillows are more like couch throw pillow we drive 20 miles and bought pillows. Wouldn’t stay again and definitely should be priced cheaper. Vending machine was out of water and water from the sink smelled and tasted horrible.

I reserved two rooms for a family get together a trip at Holiday World it had a great location our room was clean very comfortable the staff was friendly breakfast was basic could have used a few more fresher items but overall our stay was great

The breakfast was a 4 out of 10. They ran out both day we stayed. Things we not cooked long enough before being put in the warmer.. but other than that we enojed the hotel.

Upon check in the staff was oblivious to my presence at the desk when arriving inside. Check in was normal. However the room was dirty. Non vacuumed floors, dog hair on pillows and bed, shower curtain had tons of staining and terrible smell throughout the room. Went to request another room per the one I checked into was disgusting, they said “we need photos and proof” but then proceeded to come to the room with my family inside. The staff took photos with us inside because they didn’t believe our photos. Then we were given a new room.. there was no fur/hair we had seen, but stains on all the bedding and pillow cases. The smell was the same in the second room. We stayed here last year and had no issues and everything was clean, this year has been a horrible experience and we won’t be back.

Walking up to the hotel, it was decent. Could use a little cleaning/updates. But not to bad. Staff at front desk was very nice and helpful. The room was clean and passed my inspection. I would definitely stay here again.

Mediocre at best. The main complaint is the smell of the place. The odor in the lobby hits you and then on the 2nd floor, a musty chemical smell. The room did not smell however. Thankfully it was juat one night.

Family members were stared down and harassed by front desk clerk when entering on the next morning. He followed them to the elevator demanding the room number of the room. When we got upstairs, the key cards were deactivated. Had to go back down and get them corrected. Same rude man who obviously didn't take too kindly to African American guests! Had to speak with supervisor regarding this unacceptable behavior!

Dirty, dingy, and smelly!

Towels and sheets were all stained. Sheets appeared yellow. Floors were dirty. Entire building was very poor smelling and musty. Had to wait 10 minutes at check in for an attendant. They only showed after us calling from the courtesy phone. Hot breakfast was literally 1 scrambled egg.
