Great place

My family relocated from the southwest to the northeast. We stayed here during our trip with our two large dogs and Penske moving truck with car carrier. The location was safe even though it's a bit off the main highway, the staff was very friendly, and check in/out process was seamless. I only wish they had a fenced in area for the dogs.

The property was well kept, the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Definitely worth the value for 2 night stay. Only thing I would upgrade a bit is the included breakfast, offer some items for those that don’t eat breakfast foods. Maybe bananas, granola, ect. Definitely need flavored creamer, the coffee is a bit harsh but otherwise a great experience, would stay here again!!!

My son’s room had a dirty bathroom. I don’t think the room was cleaned before he got in there with his family. Had I known before he slept there I would have had them change rooms but they didn’t know that was an option. The back door to get to our room didn’t require a room key to enter as it should have so anyone could have walked in even if they didn’t belong there.

Was told upon check-in that the Wi-Fi was down, but would be fixed the next day we stayed for days it was never fixed. We were lied to also breakfast was not good frozen eggs that had been room, temperature thawed and we’re full of moisture and the worst part of all we went down to complain the first after the first night that our room wasn’t clean and was told that they only clean the rooms once a week we were there for four days, and they never came in to clean our room, change our towels or take our garbage. When we checked in our room had hair ties on the floor clearly the floor wasn’t vacuumed before we checked in and it never was vacuumed while we were there.

The SureStay Guarantee is not actually guaranteed

I requested connecting rooms, called to confirm connecting rooms, and was told this was something they would be able to do. Upon arrival the rooms were not connecting and were on opposite ends of the hallway. When trying to discuss the issue with management during checkout, I was told she didn’t have time for me. I felt like I had done my part in being sure about my stay and my request and was really let down when I arrived. There was hair in the shower, so we didn’t use it. Thankfully only had a one night stay.
