Horrible Customer Service

I was sick in the hospital. I renewed my stay. Which I was already checked in for over a week! Going into two. And because I didn’t sign a new form they wouldn’t extend my stay knowing my family and I are Homeless. I’ve spent so much money here in the past 30 days to only be yelled at and treated like CRAP

Argument and physical altercation next door. Across the hall a guest was screaming early in the morning on and off for about 2 hours. The accommodations appear to be where people go for quick intimate encounters. I left after one night.
