All of the wash clothes were very dingy looking, they looked more like rags, than for hygiene use. And the toilet was clogged when we arrived. Overall, the stay was pleasant, but the linens should be inspected before they are put out.

This place was not very clean. When i opened room door someones clothes were on the bed so i shut door and went to tell the front desk. She had just came in and the other staff walked off when she came in she gave me another room. She was very sweet. Most of the office staff and housekeeping weren't friendly or helpful but rude. The shower curtain was ripped badly needed to be trashed. I wouldn't stay here again.

Tried to stay here when visiting a family member in the hospital. We had our dogs with us so needed a pet friendly room. Room 229 smelled of animal urine so bad it made my head hurt as soon as the door opened. They had a “room deodorizer” on the table which means you know how bad the room smells and still tried to rent it. We went back to the front desk and she gave us 227…. Equally as disgusting. We went back up to get a refund and leave and the receptionist begged to show us a different room and if that wasn’t good, then she would refund us. We went and saw the room and agreed it was fine. It has been 1.5 hours since arriving and we just wanted to get settled in and go to the hospital. Went back downstairs to get the keys, and she tells us the room we saw and agreed was clean, would not be our room. Why show a room that isn’t going to be ours?! We requested a refund and went and stayed at the Holiday Inn off W. Springbrook (highly recommend)

The rooms are quiet, spacious, clean, and comfortable. The area is great with the convivence of shopping restaurants very close by.
