It's a Red Roof, so don't expect fancy amenities or large rooms. But parking was easy, the room was clean, and the tv worked well. No complaints - thanks.
The room smelled awful when we first walked in. Saw a towel on the floor, realized it was there cuz the air conditioner was leaking water. But too late as I had already set some of my stuff down, so it got wet. We were too tired to ask if we could get a new room. So just went to sleep. The shower had amazing pressure. The staff was very pleasant! Nice location - close to multiple restaurants! Felt very safe!! So plenty of good to go with the bad!
When we first walked in to the room there was a roach crawling up the door. A couple ran under the bed. We immediately checked out and asked for a refund. I took pics of the roaches and shared with front desk. I have yet to receive a refund from Expedia or Red Roof. Had to find another hotel during a torrential rainfall. Thanks Echo Suites for being awesome.
The front desk checked is into a king bed room, even though i asked if we could have our 3 year old with us due to a baby sitter issue. The room was barely larger than the bed, and the ac didnt work.
I went tk the front desk and asked for an upgraded room to accomodate our family and was told they were sold out.
I spoke to online agents with hotels.com about the issue and was told they could do nothing for 24 hours, so i spoke with the agent and it was recommended to get another room at the same hotel since it was availeble on the hotels.com app. The front desk agent at red roof inn lied.
I went back down to the office to check into the new room, and the desk person changed her story and gave us a double bed and refused to check in the second reservation. She told me to refer back to hotels.com for the refund.
Hotels.com called me at 12:48am while i was in bed in the room with our daughter. Very rude to call in the middle of the night, and now im being told that my money will not be refunded for either of the reservations i made, regardless of the terrible experience we had, and the effort made just to have a safe space to have my family stay overnight.
Awful experience, and i will make it known to everyone i know and will actively pursue and escalate for a refund until one of the charges are removed from my card.
This place is so clean and the staff was so nice. Don’t let the look of the outside deter you from staying here!! The room are super clean and smell great!
Bedbugs! My daughter had bites all over. My husband and daughter traveled for an event. I got a call at 1am saying they checked out,which they didn't, the clerk got an attitude and hung up. I called back and clerk stated he was walking by and the door was open and no cars around, which also isn't true because the lot was full. I asked him why wouldn't he check the room if the door was open.i asked if he would go check and he said ok. He called back in 3 min and said everything was fine. All of which was a lie, never checked and the door was locked when they went to bed. This place was filthy with an odor. DO NOT STAY!

We like the location, but the proerty needs some update. There was a cockroach crawling on the floor as we walked in our room and the A/C was really noisy, we had to put tissue paper to stop the vibration on the vents.
This was a great experience, I stayed with my daughter for her ball tournament. Great price and clean room. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Restaurants and store within walking distance.
The room seemed okay, until I moved a roll of toilet paper and disturbed the cockroach that was hanging out under it... that ruined the stay immediately. We only booked for one night, so we powered through the night. Bed wasn't terrible, but the bedding looked dirty and just generally shabby.

Typical Red Roof Experience
Avg place for the price. Room smelled a little musty and the exterior is pretty worn out. Overall the only real negative was the pillows.
