Disappointing

Orginally booked a King bed room but called back next day to change to a double queen. Attendant over phone made the notation on the reservation but when we arrived, we were told the request was not fufilled. Very disappointing! Hotel esthetics were semi-updated but a deep clean would be beneficial.

Sleep Inn Johnson City Tennessee

Absolutely the most comfortable and friendly hotel that I've had the opportunity to stay in over the years!!!!! Absolutely love the peaceful and relaxing atmosphere it has to offer. Stayed in the double room, very clean, front desk was very pleasant to do business with. This location in Johnson City has set a very high standard for Choice Hotels !!! Definitely will be using Choice Hotels for all my future travels.

Comfortable and convenient

I was just looking for a place to rest after an 11 hour drive. It was very quiet when I got there (around midnight) and I was fortunate to get a ground floor room very close to parking. I couldn't have been happier!
