The room was great and the staff was excellent. The breakfast was false advertisement and very disappointed. It claims a buffet breakfast. It consisted of powder eggs, biscuits with runny white gravy, sausage patties that were obviously very processed and grainy in texture...soy like. I was not impressed. I picked it because it boasted of this great breakfast buffet. So I was mad.

There was a huge pile of dirt in the bathtub. I told the staff and they said they would have someone clean it at 9 am when cleaning staff got there. They did not. I reminded them and they still did not. I asked to use another bathroom and they said yes. I was promised a discount but have not received one yet. The pool area was nasty!

The breakfast was fresh and amazing. The walls may be a bit thin, but overall it's really quiet and clean. Staff was friendly, housekeeping made sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely book again.

The room was nice. I had paid for a deluxe king room. We did not get one. Had to get a rolling bed and it was miserably uncomfortable. The hostess was so nice and apologetic. The hotel was sold out so we could not change rooms.
