Checking was great, the lady upgraded us to a suite, and I wish she hadn't as it put us in a room on the backside of the building right beside the facility laundry room.Wheeling their cleaning carts and bins to the laundry room was extremely loud for a person on vacation at 7am. There was only 1 working plug-in in the room which was behind the bed so we had to buy an extension cord to power our phones. Had to let the rust flow out of the pipes before showering. Can definitely tell this room isn't used very often, the dust bunnies under everything gave it away. Can't really say I'd be staying here again.

Check-in was easy. Every staff member seemed genuinely kind, smiley and helpful. Entrance was clean and well lit. We had hoped by the appearance of the entrance our room would be great as well. We reserved a double suite. We were disappointed. We were boarded on the opposite side and very dark side of the property. We couldn't see our vehicle from our room. Upon entering, the room smelled of urine.The carpet was shredded between rooms. The counter was scratched and unattractive. The futon was covered in crumbs. Crossed to the next room and it smelled of cat pee.The faucet handle, though beautiful, would slowly fall and turn off while using. Also we couldn't turn the handle on fully because the water pressure shot the water out of the sink and all over the counter and yourself. Same with the shower head, sprayed the top of the curtain. Beds were clean and pillows were firm and comfortable. The beds are on metal frames so what we thought were the neighbors smashing and kicking things around turned out to be the bedframes knocking every time you climb in and out and move around. That was a tad bothersome. Rooms were a bit on the dark side, lighting is not greatly spaced. Toiletry samplers were great. The breakfast was on the better end. hot coffee and tasty orange and apple juice. Had hot food (mini egg and cheese omelette, biscuit, sausage, seasoned potatoes), cold/hot cereal added topping options (brown sugar, berries, honey) and toast/bagels.Excellent choices for children.

The hotel was portrayed as something beautiful with the picures, in reality, it was disgusting! It was a MOTEL on top of that! Rooms were filthy, beds were falling apart, the door had a gap in it to the outside! I want my money back! I am SO disapointed in this hotel and hotels.com for the way it was shown! Complete FALSE Advertising!!!!
