My only complaint...no hot water from the bathroom sink and I only had room temperature shower water. Really looked forward to a hot shower! Otherwise room was nice.

Lack of maintenance and upkeep. Security latch room 262 barely mounted extremely loose. Building as a whole need repair. Last minute reservation would've canceled if time allowed and went to a nicer near by facility.....

The room was filthy, replete with dried feces or vomit on the outside of the toilet. I needed a creamer packet and it was like one solid rock and every last one so I threw them all away and did the next guest a favor. To be fair, the bends were clean, which is all we needed, but otherwise I would not recommend. When I advise the person at the front desk he said he would let the general manager know.
