I called several times regarding assigning a court yard room with a tub. When I arrived they told me they had none and gave me one facing the parking lot. There was a homeless person walking along the rooms back and forth in front of the rooms. It made me feel unsafe.

This property is an older property that could use some renovation. It is clean and everything worked that needed to. The mattresses needed to be replaced about 6 years ago and that was the main complaint. We got the sleep we needed but would have been better if the mattresses were in better condition and we were not worried about rolling off the edge. The coffee was hot the juice was good. It was a pastry breakfast so do not expect a hot menu. It was exactly what we paid for minus the mattresses which were the only really big complaint.

Room, bathroom and beds were dirty. Linen had hairs and stains. Toilet seat was dirty. Walls were dirty. Everything was dirty. Breakfast was bad. Milk and cereal were expired. By the time we went down for breakfast, food items were not restocked after they ran out.

Stay here several times thru the year, as I travel for work. We will find another location after this stay. Our last visit was awful and this one was poor. Homeless on parking lot, manager wasn’t responsive when notified. The back courtyard was full of dog feces an debris.

One of the rooms smelled of smoke, while being listed as nonsmoking. The lock was not working on on one of the doors. The first room we checked into was not cleaned and beds were not made up.

Great room for the price

Room was fine. A little outdated compared to the new look of the hotel lobby. Our TV would turn on, but there wasn't anything that worked for any kind of TV channels or anything. We also didn't call down and request them to fix it because we were mainly just there to sleep.
