My sister and I traveled with her dog and both the hotel and staff were accommodating. Also, there was an attached restaurant which was above and beyond accommodating especially with the dog!!!

Gone downhill

I've stayed here a few times but probably not again after the last visit. There were too many people, the hallways were noisy, and most importantly the room did not seem clean. The sheets were bad, the pillows were ridiculously bad, and one of the Queen beds made such a horrible noise that anytime I moved on the bed, I was awoken from my sleep as well as the other person in the room. I had two small dogs and while it was nice to have the courtyard for the dogs, it was not well-maintained. The sidewalks were not cleared from a snowstorm a week before. It was treacherous to walk out there given the ice on the walkway to get to the pet relief area. Oh, and the two of the doorways to the "convenient to the room parking lot" were not usable except to exit the hotel. Overall, the place has just gone downhill.

No good

Smell, hair and noise of pet throughout the entire property. Our room was not properly swept/vaccumed. Sofa has substantial amount of hair and garbage. Linens were stained.
