Went to the vending machine at midnight on a Friday night and there was no water and the whole thing was sold out. I went down to the front desk and he told me they had none and to try from the coffee pot. That did not work and I told him that and he said it has to be cleaned and didn’t bother to say anything else. Our front desk person was amazing and a nice guy. The room was a bit musty, but the bedding was clean.

Overall a decent place for the price paid. Our room was clean & my only complaint was the toilet didnt flush right. Their breakfast is useless since it start's way too late. Anyone traveling through or working is unable to eat since they start it WAY too late.

My stay was literally 20 minutes. The smell of mold was so bad!! But the smell of bug spray in my room was worse!! There was no way I would ever spend the night. It was a horrible experience. Never again. I will be calling the manager in the morning because he was there today. I’ve already alerted my CC company. I had to go back to where I was originally at! Thank goodness they had a room.

I arrived promptly at 4 PM, about an hour after check-in began, and I’m glad I did—it took nearly an hour to complete the process. The delay wasn’t due to the hotel itself but rather an issue with Sun River, the third-party company Expedia uses. There was a small discrepancy in the booking amount (literally two cents!) that temporarily prevented me from checking in, despite having made my reservation four months in advance. Thankfully, the front desk clerk, Bill, was extremely accommodating throughout the entire process. Once the issue was resolved, check-in went smoothly, and I was able to settle into my room. I stayed in Room 104, located right off the main hallway. It was a spacious double-queen room—clean, comfortable, and perfect for my business associate and me. The complimentary breakfast was plentiful and well-rounded, offering everything from cereals and muffins to omelets, scrambled eggs, sausage links, patties, hash browns, and potato cuts. The highlight of the property was definitely the riverwalk with its beautiful views of the bay—a peaceful and scenic place to unwind. Overall, this was an excellent stay. Despite the initial hiccup, I’d gladly return and highly recommend this property!
