Compare Apartment Hotels in Kahaluʻu

Our room was smaller than expected and didn’t have the “Ocean View” I paid extra for. Apparently, it was from the balcony, which truly was beautiful. Our issue was that the sliding door to the balcony was almost impossible to open and even after having two workers come to “fix” it, it was difficult to open. We also had a leak from the bathroom ceiling our last night.

Overall cleanliness of room was good, however sheets for bed had holes in it and we noticed stains on pillow case. The usual additional outdoor amenities (games and game room) were closed due to renovation and there were areas which we had to check if they were still open and available. Also, we had to wait a few hours on property after our 11am checkout. We asked to use the WiFi and were told to use the Public WiFi and couldn’t use Guest as we were checked out.

Location to the beach is amazing and they have towel dispensers as you leave the hotel. The rooms are just a bit dated but our stay was great.
