Breakfast should have hash browns.

The staff was difficult to speak with at times. I had paid for breakfast in advance through expedia for 2 guests. 1 adult and 1 child. The booking says free breakfast. At check-in. I double checked with front desk and they said yes it is included. Next day tney didnt want to honor it. Only for an adult and not my child. They said i needed to request a refund through expedia. Worse experience. On top of that the elevator system is terrible. They have one button downstairs and only certain elevators go to certain floors. So you are playing elevator roulette for the right one to opn , it was ridiculous. And everyone knew how bad it was. I was the first one in line and and they shoved and pushed u out of the way. Ot was so bad for the amount of money i spent , im so angry and will not be going back and dont recommend it all

Adult pool that we attended was awesome. Great service , spectacular view. The hotel is Close to everything, beach , shopping, restaurants all minutes away.

The rooms are well cleaned. It is a very convenient hotel with the shops and restaurants. The pools are over packed with people, you can’t be in it without having 20 kids splash your face because there is no space. We liked the lagoon but you can’t stay for too long on a sunny day because you have so shade. They offer many room options, which was our reason for picking it. The main problem is staff is incredibly rude. Don’t count on any customer service.
