Dirty. Someone peed in the elevator and the front desk wouldnt clean it up. We used the stairs all night. AC in the firat room didnt work so they moved us but the keys wouldnt work for second room. Finally got us in a 3rd room

Hotel under remodel. Pictures on Hotels.com did not match the room. Don’t be fooled by the big bathtub picture. I’ve stayed in worse, but I felt misled by the Hotels.com presentation.

This place was disgusting and would not recommend anyone stay there! Dog food on the floor in our room, long blond hair in the sink(not ours), the toilet didn’t flush properly and when we needed it plunged we were handed a plunger, smelled of smoke and THC, dogs barking, and the continental breakfast was waffle or apple sauce. Then the vending machine just ate the quarters and when asked for them to repay the money put in they said they didn’t know how. I have stayed in some dives before but this one was by far the worst. Oh and during checkin the lady was chomping her gum like a cow with her mouth open, her shirt looked like it hadn’t ever been washed and was wrinkled beyond belief and were told oh by the way we are doing construction so you are going to hear a lot of banging on the walls.

Took almost 40 minutes to check in because the computer system was down, TV didn’t work, and in the middle of the night the water was turned off.

It’s not safe to stay here

Their computer system was down, so they put me in a room without any record of me being checked in to that room. When I returned to the room the next day my clothes and personal belongings had been thrown away and the room was being reset by housekeeping for another guest. I took my belongings out of the trash and left. The hotel is still arguing about issuing a refund. Additionally, the room i was given isn’t the room I booked. Completely different from the photos, and also was quite dirty. Compare this photo with the listing photo. I would have left at check in if it wasn’t always the middle of the night. The woman working had to grab multiple key cards to find a room for me that was empty since their system wasn’t working and she couldn’t confirm via the computer whether a room was available. She walked to the floor with me to check which room I could stay in. I was so afraid someone would enter my room during the night because they didn’t have a way to formally check me into the room I was staying in. My experience the next day confirmed this was possible. As a woman traveling alone this is a huge safety issue.

We made reservations, with confirmation number and when we arrived at 11:30 pm, we find out we had no room. My wife and I are senior citizens, and my wife is handicapped. The person at the front desk was not very nice. She could of made a suggestion at least on where to stay, no such luck.

I was put on the 3 rd floor. I worked on computer until 5 am. Went to sleep. At 8 am workers started directly above my room. The noise was deafening. I tried to sleep but finally Gabe up and left at 9:30 ish. The manager apologized but unacceptable.

Check-in took forever. New girl who started was nice but very frazzled. Hotel management did not keep copying paper stocked so she couldn't do her job sufficiently (not her fault). Heard someone say something about the water. A few hours later there was no hot water for a shower. Front desk said it was the cities fault. I inquired why we weren't informed there was a problem when we arrived. They said sorry but it wasn't their fault. I asked if they would be compensating us or reimbursing us for the inconvenience and currently no response to that question. I will be contacting corporate myself. As far as I know the city may provide the water but the hotel should have the adequate systems in place to heat the water. Out of the 3 or 4 other times we've stayed here this stay was not acceptable under any standards of hospitality.

Don’t stay here.

Computer system old - couldn’t print receipt. Room reserved not available - under construction and got room that was only available. Light in room nonfunctional, toilet seat loose. Wasn’t able to get a printout receipt because they had no paper. Couldn’t find copy license I gave the day before.
