The room was clean the check in staff was friendly. However, the door had a large crack/opening on the closing side, that let in light and sound. The room was relatively clean and quiet, except for some loud neighbors with children. Which can happen at any hotel.
The biggest issue was that the room heater did not work. Michigan in late December is cold! I did inform the front desk of the issue and my room number, twice, during my 3 night stay. It was not fixed, and all I did get was a "oh, sorry" comment. This was unacceptable and I will not be staying at this Comfort Inn again.
