The room was clean the check in staff was friendly. However, the door had a large crack/opening on the closing side, that let in light and sound. The room was relatively clean and quiet, except for some loud neighbors with children. Which can happen at any hotel. The biggest issue was that the room heater did not work. Michigan in late December is cold! I did inform the front desk of the issue and my room number, twice, during my 3 night stay. It was not fixed, and all I did get was a "oh, sorry" comment. This was unacceptable and I will not be staying at this Comfort Inn again.

Great Stay. Check in was quick and easy. Pool was nice, the Grand kids loved it. Breakfast had a nice selection of items. Great location to freeway and very close to the Kalamazoo Air Zoo, which is why we picked this hotel. Felt safe and secure here.

The menu was pretty good. Lots of options. The rooms were very clean and the beds very very comfortable. Hotel could use some updates but it was perfect for my needs. Loved it was close to everything I needed, especially the Xpress was to go home. Will stay again when I come to visit my family.
