Comfortable beds, updated older hotel which was clean. Nice breakfast variety. One negative, my husband mentioned to one of the workers in breakfast area that one coffee pot was spewing hot coffee out on peoples hands and her response was "I know" With kind of an attitude of irritation with no offer to do anything about it.

Perfect location if going to Firekeepers. We could walk over very easily. Beds were very comfortable and the room was nice and clean.

The front desk staff was polite, room was very clean and comfortable, surprisingly quiet even though it is next to a casino. It had a very good breakfast. I do think it would be nice if they had an elevator. I didn't love walking up the stairs with all my luggage.

This hotel is walking distance to the casino just wish it had a hot tub, sauna or pool. Breakfast was good, bed was not too comfy I would stay here again due to the closeness of casino but kinda pricy for what is not included like the amenities I mentioned above.

We were highly disappointed. We stayed here about three years ago and we loved it. It really took a hit and has really gone downhill as far as clientele as far as feeling safe as far as comfortability. I mean the beds were comfortable like it was just need to touch up needs a little TLC

Our room smelled like a wet dog. We realised this is not a new property, but stuffy, wet smell of room, and wall to wall carpet was wrinkled and looked old and well used. Needs updating...on second floor, no elevator. Continental breakfast was the best part...hot, fresh and good flavor
