At check-in, staff was having conversations with each other about other staff members and paid little attention to me, almost like I was an intrusion. They never greeted me and kept talking down about other staff members the whole time I was checking in. I didn't feel welcome at all. Rooms were adequate, about what you would expect for the amount paid. Run-down, mauled furniture, slight smell of Lysol trying to cover up the pet stench. Parking lot was a disgrace -- very icy and not salted. We almost slipped and fell trying to get across the parking lot to our room. A pretty serious safety issue and lawsuits just waiting to happen.

The bathroom was crawling with roaches big ones baby ones totally disgusting and because of that I couldn't bring my stuff in my room I had to leave it in my car I'm disabled and it's not easy for me to go in and out of the room once I'm in and I'm sure nobody's going to do anything about it or even answer me about it so whatever

I like the location. The water was hot and the linens clean. However; there were only two wash cloths, one bath mat, and two hand towels in the bathroom. I found it peculiar there were no body type towels offered?
