Great hotel, former country inn and suites. New owner really cleaned it up and is directly in front of airport, convenient. Staff is amazing. Only downside was beds and linen were that of the former chain. Step that up and the place would be perfect.

The property was awesome. The morning hotel staff not so nice. They had a problem with staffing with room cleaning and couldn’t clean our room unless we gave the 24 hours notice. Who’s going to do that and how do know you have staffing issues.if you check-in at 4:00pm how will you be able to give the 24 hour notice. No signs saying it either. They said they couldn’t give me a receipt on my changes because I booked through a third party. First time in all my traveling that has happened. Glad I only had a small change to my room. How would I know what I was charged for if it was bigger.

We loved the decorations, the location next to the airport, the breakfast, the towels, and the wooden key cards. We appreciated the security with parking our vehicle and using the dash paper pass. We knew only vehicles were there that were supposed to be. We didn’t use the outdoor seating, but it looked like it would have been really enjoyable. The only complaint is that our wooden dresser was sticky. I assume it is probably hard to clean and sanitize wood. I did feel the high price per night didn’t match the older room decor, as it seemed worn and dated, but the public furniture indoors and outdoors and lodge decor did fit the price.

The property was ok, but don’t bother waking up early for the “breakfast.” We stayed in room 312 and the walls are paper thin because if I don’t know any better there was a grizzly sleeping in the room next door. The room above us apparently thought they were at a late night & early morning trampoline park - needless to say, we didn’t sleep much during our stay. Basic soap/ shampoo were sized for ants, you need to request housekeeping 24 hrs in advance, and the TV/cable setup rivals rabbit-ear antennas from the 70s

The staff was very friendly, breakfast offered an okay variety. We did not sleep well. The bed was incredibly stiff, and we tossed and turned all night. The pillows were about half the size of a normal pillow. Usually this type of stuff wouldn’t bother me, but we were there for Under The Big Sky and the price of this hotel was astronomical. I would expect much more comfort for the price we paid! Probably won’t stay again.
