Beautiful hotel, stunning lobby and wonderful room that is nicely appointed, great toiletries, clean and comfortable. Nice breakfast. The decor of this hotel, mainly the lobby, is just stunning and what I would describe as refined rustic. I loved that there were cozy areas in the lobby to sit, very enjoyable. Staff was courteous at check in and check out. It did bother me that at breakfast, staff was friendly and courteous to all the guests, quite chatty in fact, but no one approached me for the same: solo female traveler. Also want to point out that a friend left me a message at the front desk and that message wasn’t delivered to me. I raise because it was an urgent message because they couldn’t reach me on my cell, so this felt like a customer service slip. While the staff was friendly, it felt disingenuous. Location was ok, right off the airport but not within town. Were I to choose again, I’d probably stay in Columbia Falls, which is slightly closer to GNP and seemed a bit more lively of an area. Overall hotel was beautiful and comfortable.

This is adjacent to the airport and about five miles from most of the restaurants in the area. It is, however, easy to access and there is one steakhouse and one takeout pizza place a mile away. Frankly, the quality of the property - sturdy not pretentious - makes it worth the nominal distance to secure dinner.

Hotel was very nice including the breakfast. Staff great. They don’t clean your rooms daily which is fine with me. You can get towels, etc as needed. My only complaint is that the rooms are not lit well enough. Sheryl in the breakfast room is very friendly and is always in a good mood.

Beautiful property.

Beautiful, clean , lovely location, excellent airport shuttle. Of course Glacier Park nearby. Would be nice to have better eating options nearby, but 6 miles either direction has plentiful options. Outdoor patios (yes, two of them) lovely but quite a bit of road noise.

Beautiful property with view of the mountains. First class place. Minimal eating options close by but 6 miles either direction has excellent options. Would be nice to have onsite food options since many people fly in. Breakfast very well presented but not much more options than standard motel menu. Excellent airport pickup.

Walking distance to airport. Nice staff, but room not cleaned in the 6 days we stayed there. Asked for trash bags and towels and took out our own trash.
