Had trouble with the check-in. The person at the desk could not find my reservation. I showed her my Hotels.com reservation for two nights. I had originally had a one night reservation but changed it to two nights. After I left the desk to find a way to contact Hotels.com I was called back to the desk. She could not find my 2 night stay but could find my 1 night stay. She booked me in and charged the extra night. I went to my room and contacted Hotels.com. The lady that took my information said she would handle the situation and she did. She called the Hampton Inn front desk and straightened out the situation - put me back on the Hotels.com (2 day station)

I have stayed at Hampton Inn in Bourbonnais/Bradley several times and it is always clean and offers a good, free breakfast. We've tried several hotels in the area, and Hampton is one of our top 2 that we prefer to stay at.

Very impressed with the hotel. Very clean everywhere! Breakfast waz hit and delicious all 3 mornings. The kitchen ladies were amazing!! They greated everyone and always ask if everything as ok. The pool was clean but really cold. Very nice hotel and staff! I would highly recommend!!!

My second time to stay there. It's a great place and very conveniently located. Lots of restaurants and shopping areas nearby. It's very near the entrance/exit for the I-57.
