I checked in late, and in the morning I could not check out at 11, though I talked to the receptionist earlier that day; she agreed. But the next day, they had charged me for the whole night, even though my check-out was 4 hours late. And I was out of the room they went to my room with their key, checked stuff and all, when I arrived the greedy receptionist started yelling at me even though they had charged from card without my permission, I told her I would talk with my bank, and you leave. So she canceled my key access, and stopped taking my stuff from the room, and my passport was there and I had a flight in a few hours. I almost missed my flight in this, so paod extras to Uber to reach airport earlier. In the end she wanted 30 bucks from me, and was laughing, I figured out they are nothing but greedy, totally suggesting you do not go to this place ever, go to Kotel 6 or any other.

Front desk staff rude. Had to ask for additional towels and a box of tissues (one in room was empty on arrival). Staff said we had enough towels (2) and they did not have any tissues. Offered "breakfast" but juice machine was dirty and "out of order". Asked staff if there was anything else available and were given 2 snack bars that were OUTDATED for a year. Ice machine not working, mold all over outside of the bathtub, very limited hot water for bathing, and the refrigerator in room was covered with melted plastic due to the microwave oven sitting on top of it - a real fire hazard! Each bed had only two nasty pillows that were filled with shredded foam that were lumpy and went flat when you laid on them! Overall, our stay was LESS than what we are used to from Wyndham facilities. Definitely would NOT recommend this facility!

So I had to book a hotel in a hurry and didn’t really do too much research. This hotel looks real run down from the outside. It looks pretty shady and I was very nervous even parking my car in the parking lot as I was worried it might be broken into. The room inside is decent but run down. Bed was comfortable but that’s it. I had a chair brace against the door just to feel safe. I would not stay here again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone traveling alone or with kids. Not safe.

The hotel is rundown; there were no hangers; the pillows were lumpy; the toilet would barely flush and the staff refused to do anything about it; the heating control did not work -- the room was extremely hot and we had to run the AC in the middle of winter just to keep from roasting; we were provided a single serving packet for the in-room coffee pot, and no additional coffee or coffee cups were provided during out 2-night stay; the in-room fridge had uneven legs so that it rocked back and forth, and it froze everything we put in it (it had no temp adjustment); the linens were dingy and the washcloth full of holes; and we were charged $20/night for the pet fee, when the hotel's website says $15/night.

room could use a deep deep cleaning. air conditioning unit had a lot of visible mold in it, bath tub had hair from a prior guest, paint is peeling pretty dramatically in the main room and some in the bathroom over the shower. breakfast was disappointing and left us still hungry. key card was finicky and wouldn’t work sometimes. pillows were small and didn’t match photos online. staff was very kind and friendly. this hotel just needs some love and updating.
