I wanted to share some quick feedback about my recent stay. ​The Good: ​Cleanliness: My room was spotless upon arrival. ​Comfort: I really appreciated that the room temperature was set before I checked in; it was perfectly comfortable the moment I walked in. ​The Bad: ​Elevator Noise: The "stop ring" sound on the elevator was very loud. It was a bit disruptive, especially at night. PC : I needed to print out my documents, but PC was down from last week. It should be repaired soon.

Facilities and staff were very good. One negative was the breakfast. The "hot" food was not warm at all. Gravy was cold. Cinamon rolls would have been very good if they were warm. A microwave oven would be a nice addition.

Everything was great, except the pool was FREEZING the first two days. By the third day, it was remedied. Everything was clean, and the staff was very helpful and courteous. We're absolutely coming back to this same hotel the next time we come in to visit family!

The breakfast area floor was VERY dirty and sticky. Every evening there was a HORRIBLE rotten food smell in our hallway (we were on the 1st floor) and it was just rancid. The breakfast counters and food areas were very clean. Our room bathroom floor wasn't very clean either. Other than that, our room was okay. I would not recommend this hotel until they clean things up.
