The staff was off to put it nicely. The outlets were missing switch plates and it took an extra hour to check in. I don't know if they need more staff to turn to the rooms after previous stays or what but it wasn't pleasant.

Average hotel, and the breakfast was quite bland. The real problem was I got up in the morning to prepare for aa meeting and there was no hot water. Not even warm. Had to take an ICE COLD shower. I was told that not even a partial refund could be given due to it being booked through Expedia. I'll never use Expedia again since hotels use it for an excuse to avoid responsibility.
