Not a 9.4 hotel…..

I checked in online said room was ready. Showed up to drop off bags as I was headed to the hospital and they charged me $25 for 1 hr early checkin. The restaurant/bar is terrible. I ordered 2 drinks from menu they didn’t have it. Ordered 2 food items didn’t have it. Ordered chicken tenders- soggy fries and cracked a tooth on the rock hard chicken just terrible. The front desk was working the bar/restaurant both. Just lacking professional setting. Not blaming staff, poor management though. As a GM, I was disappointed as this had 9+ reviews. I will say the room was great, roomy and clean. The shower had no hot water, let it run 20 mins and still just slightly warm.

It's an OK hotel. Nothing to brag about. The housecleaning staff needs to do better. They do replace towels and make the bed but didn't bother to refill the coffee filters or change out the dirty coffee cups for clean ones. The morning breakfast offered was always the same thing everyday, an occassional new item would be nice
