Wouldn’t recommend!

Pictures didn’t match with what the hotel actually looks like. Tv remote didn’t work and the alarm went off at 5:45am on a Sunday. The room wasn’t comfortable and smelled like marijuana.

Overall the property was clean. I think they must be doing work because the 2nd floorbwas roped off. Breakfast was warm. Basic room with all the necessities. In the area for a conference. Signage at driver's eye level for entrance could be better. I missed it 2 of the 3 times i went to the property i would stay again.

It was old and dirty. Also no breakfast, it was completely out by 8am and the staff said there was no more. This was the worst hotel I have ever booked on Orbitz. Very disappointed

The mattress in our room was horribly stained and needs to be replaced. The beds were tiny full sized beds. I wasn’t expecting luxury but we paid a much higher rate than their normal due to lack of availability. I would not recommend. One of the breakfast staff picked up tongs off the floor and put them back by the food to use rather than replacing or cleaning them first. There was something smeared on the bathroom walls and it wasn’t very clean. The hotel has a smell throughout. There is no lighting in the parking lot.

I got the king suite. It has mold in it because my allergies went crazy being there. My throat was closing up. Water pressure and heat for water is awful. Broken items in the room. Like a broken towel rack and door curtains are old and need to be replaced. Hallways smell bad. Breakfast could be better.

Comfortable, convenient, but needs some updates!

Overall things were good. It is starting to show some wear and tear in areas. Though it is clean, the appearance, be it lighting or decor or smell or whatever it comes across that it needs a little more TLC. Though it was clean and comfortable and this is my third time to stay here, if it remains in the condition it is today I may consider looking elsewhere. It was very convenient for my needs and that was a big plus.

First off when I arrived the hotel spelled so bad! Everywhere, in the hallways, the lobby, the rooms, elevator was a horrible smell!! I literally held my breath most of the time and wanted to get a refund and go to another hotel but we arrived late from traveling and I didn't want to go through all of that but I will NOT be back! I looked at reviews and I was expecting way better! This hotel the floors were DISGUSTING, the room floors are even disgusting and the hallways almost smelt like mold and mildew and hot and stuffy! I'm not sure what's going on in here but this is not it! In my room the toilet was not clean. Just overall very upset with how everything was there.
