It was a very nice stay! The kids enjoyed the pool. We were able to get towels or sheets when needed. We stayed for 4 nights and was very comfortable.

Highly recommend NOT staying here. The bedding was damp and when mention was dismissed, figured when they came to clean it would be better— it was NOT. When I was checking it she claimed that I hadn’t paid, to the point I had to show NOT JUST the receipt, but the payment on my actual banking app, to where she STILL tried to contest it. The pool was small, and the whole hotel was just damp and uncomfortable. The floor was so slick that an older lady LITERALLY fell, and there was a man stalking the hallways, followed me from the laundry area, stopped and watched me on the elevator, and later that evening was on MY floor. I will never, ever stay there again.

Hopefully, this place is on the up swing. Beautiful lobby. Bar/restaurant was closed. Older furniture and carpet. But a clean serviceable room. Not snaZzy, but ok.

Not pleasant at all

I would never stay here again. The pictures showed when booking are not the same as the actual place. We were put in an old room where the air conditioner did not work. I informed the front desk and she said she would get it taken care of and that didn't happen. Those rooms were so old and non of the pictures matched when booking. VERY DISSAPPOINTNG

The room, hot tub and pool were wonderful. We just had some trouble with kids and family in the lobby’s after hours. Running and screaming playing after 12am and after calling the front desk the nosies and fighting kept up .. but normally our stay is wonderful, quiet and friendly.

You get what you pay for

Scary looking exterior and poor interior maintenance. Should be clear in the listing that the room price is because the entire hotel is being remodeled. Waked into the room: one chair. Definitely not a true Radisson experience.
