It was the most stressed out reservation that we have ever had. When we arrived, there was no room available that was pet friendly. After having surgery and being requied to stay in Kelowna for the first 24 hours, we ended up STAYING in our car with 2 big dogs overnight. This is totally unacceptable and I can't in good conscience refer this type of booking to anyone.

Excellent value. The bed was comfortable. No blow dryer in the room, but you could go get one from the office. Also, there was no hair conditioner, so bring your own. Pool was clean and nice to have.

Pool and hot tub was closed for the first two days of our three day stay. 30+ degrees outside, the pool was a large part of the reason we picked this hotel. There was no notice of this until after we checked in. Final morning prior to checkout we were able to swim, pool was quite dirty - found used bandaid and lots of debris / bugs floating. You would think after being closed for two days (or more?) that it would have been cleaned. Requested a crib, which I was emailed that it was approved. Front desk was completely puzzled and no crib was provided.
